I have a wide customer base of profit and non-profit organizations that rely on my ability to customize material specifically to meet their needs. A few of my favorite projects in the last five years have been:
- developing employee performance review systems
- creating customized employee training programs
- process documentation to increase efficiency, compliance, customer service and reduce labor costs
- creating an efficient and effective global product return process
- leading a strategic planning project to create a 10-year plan for growth and business development
- design web-based employee satisfaction survey, analyzed results & facilitated focus groups to create
- recommendations for specific organizational improvements
My professional experience includes owning and operating Golden Egg Communications since 2001 as well as training coordination and career center management for several universities and community colleges in Missouri. I also serve as the Learning & Development Manager for a community bank in central Missouri. I have a bachelor’s degree in journalism and a master’s degree in speech communication. I live in Sedalia, MO with my husband, two children & golden retriever. I’m excited about the possibility of serving you!
